What will you receive?
1) Certificate of Adoption
After your order, a certificate of adoption will be sent within 5 business days. For orders as gifts, the certificates will be sent to the gift receivers.
2) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In February or March of next year, the olive oil will be shipped to the address you designated.

At checkout, there is a place you enter your friend's name and address. You can also add a personal message. The message will be placed on a certificate of adoption.

Adoption 2012
We are introducing the "Dimitropoulos Farm," one of the premium olive oil tree farms located on hills northwest of Kalamata, Greece.
Each tree yields about a gallon (4 quarts) of olive oil.
Our olive oli is pruned using the traditional cold press - a method of extraction of oil by applying high pressure to olive fruits. This method ensures that the distinctive olive oil flavors are perfectly retained.
The adoption is valid for a one-year harvest period. The 2012 adoption ends with the harvest at the end of February 2013, and the subsequent delivery of olive oil to your home. After that time, a new adoption for the harvest period (for year 2014) starts.
This is an one-year adoption.
Delivery of the olive oil will conclude the harvest cycle.
